xMotivee
SPOILERS, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO HIDE MY COMMENTS BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAVE BEEN ACTIVE ON THESE FORUMS, SO HERE IS THE THIRD FORM OF A WARNING!!!! Spoiler Okay guys, so I'll start off with this random thing that I just noticed when visiting the second camp after completing the story 100%....I noticed something weird and I apologize if I have missed a thread that has already covered this or asked about it. But anyway, so at the second camp I noticed as my roommate was walking in the apartment that John seemed to be having a flashback of when Jack was kidnapped. Something around the lines of "they have my son" now my question is, has anyone else had this encounter, and if so, are there any others. I went back to the first campsite and walked all around it but could never get them to have any possible flashbacks. I wanted to make sure that I posted this in the right spot, but I did not see the Armadillo Inn page for spoiler related stuff. And second thing is more of a fun easter egg, has anyone else noticed the headstones at the graveyards? Some of the messages on the headstones are hilarious. And there is a character's mother also buried in the Blackwater cemetery....not going to spoil that unless anyone specifically asks. Yeah warning ⚠ The gravestone in blackwater is talked about on the very first fishing trip, in the very first mission in chapter 3. Dutch mentions that he learnt that his mother was buried near blackwater years after she passed. And how they loved eachother despite how they showed it to eachother and how she being buried there made certain she had the last laugh. I am not going to lie, I focused so hard on trying to get through the main story that I did not even notice that in the fishing story...Knowing what I know now though, I would've been sure to keep the beginning saved for other reasons lol. I almost started a new game this afternoon for the very purpose, but at this point I am just doing the challenges patiently waiting on the online mode.. I did that, I've started my second playthrough now, and I've done all I can of exploring, treasure hunting, hunting and gambling early on. I recently ran out of things to do in chapter 2 and just moved on to chapter 3, already over 43% in completion lol. Story was superb, but it legit saddened me with how chapter 6 ended. Luckily I got the best ending. By chance, ofcourse I chose to go with John, and I didn't know honor had an impact until way later. Glad to see I got the sunset scene. And it was like bittersweet when the epilogue started, get to control a familiar face, but still missing the main. The way Arthur develops through the story is so catching and we'll done. And when the epilogue was finished it hit hard that he was gone. Why couldn't it have ended differently for him. He could've gone to Tahiti. I had this hope deep down that he wasn't gone, that they just wanted us to think that until a small oneliner came at the end. He got away from this life. But no. Saddened me. I had to start over, and make sure to do multiple saves throughout the game. Pretty fun to do a second playthrough aswell. Noticing a lot of small things I didn't catch the first time because I didn't know about later events down the line. Small things like seeing characters somewhere or interpreting a line way differently just because I know how things go down. This is my favorite game ever

This is my favorite game ever I knew that as soon as it was announced that it would at least be up there with my favorites because R* is hands down my favorite company, and they are I'd say the only company that has been able grasp my full attention with the open world genre because I have tried the full on RPGs and I just don't know why but I can't make myself get into them quite like I can with this odd form of an RPG. I've got a friend that has done it the same as you, and he still has yet to come close to even Guarma just because he is making a point to do EVERY stranger mission and sidequest before he does the story. I just told him the other day actually that my best advice to him is to go hunting when he gets to Guarma because there are a few species of animals there that I do not know how I am going to get in my Compendium. Like the parrot looking birds specifically, I found where you can hunt iguanas by Camp 2....same location as a pirate hat if you did not know about it... Made a video because the fishing trip was one of the best missions in the game, right besides the house building montage with John.

That was really cool, I didn't catch that one when I was playing it, but if you haven't, just go read some of those captions because they got really creative with the way some of these old timers died
