guardian1816
This is two different topics, but does anyone else have an issue with their ammo for the varmint rifle vanishing? I will go and buy out the gunsmith and have 300 rds and then a couple hours later I will go to shoot a varmint and have no bullets for the gun! I used a few but I wouldve been shocked to learn that I used even a hundred rds that I know dang well I didnt blow off 300. Good vs Evil In this game you can do 50 good deeds and then something happens or hell you shoot a couple innocent people. The hit you take for being bad seems to be more than being good. True to human nature I guess, nobody notices when you do a good job, but screw up just once, right? I have done a few of the bandit challenges last week and im still trying to recover from that. The camp confessionals with the people bug me more than they should
Satanta
Camp Confessional? Yeah, I noted the game wants you to be good but pushes you to be bad every. single. chance. Was in Valentine last night, just slowly riding-heck, people on foot were passing me. Wagon comes up behind and pushes my horse into someone next to it and suddenly I'm "Wanted". Tried to calm it down but still ended up in jail. Like the original RDR-be out hunting, off the road and shooting at wolves and invariably some asshole is going to ride in-between me and my shot as I pull the trigger then I get a Wanted for murder sign. Bakkerbaard
Now that you mention it, the first time I had my Varmint Rifle out it was loaded then the second time I got it it was empty. I always just figured I never had that many rounds to start with. As far as Good vs. Evil goes, I wish the game was able to differentiate between attacking and defending. Just now I got called out by Lemoyne Raiders in Saint Denis. They thought I looked like the feller that gone an' dun something earlier in the game I need not expand on here. So I start running, as I know what fighting will do and I'm just there to sell legendary bison dicks. These idiots chase after me and finally I figure I ain't the runnin' kind. Mind you, by now they're firing at me. Only when I return fire and dead-eye the sh*te out of them a witness stands up and calls the law on me. I've been dodging bullets through an entire street and nobody notices that. Man, f*ck Saint Denis. Every-bloody-time. I'd say it has something to do with being wanted dead or alive, but when I had no bounty at all on me things were nof different... I think... I've been wanted for so long now that brief period is kinda blurry. Edited November 7, 2018 by Bakkerbaard

BY camp confessional I meant that little cut scene where you sent down and say "ive been killing, stealing and im such a bad person...blah blah blah" Another term I like to use or refer to is the "Arthur Shuffle" Its the dance Arthur does when you tell him to pick something up and he dances around the object for 15 seconds before actually grabbing it Cutter De Blanc
Satanta
I haven't got the Confesdsion but I tend to take care of eating, do some chores and sleep then run the books and get the hell out before someone else comes over and whines at me about how bad things are for them. ~sigh~ I hear enough of that in Meatworld. I will have to look for the Shuffle, honestly never noticed. Maybe he is trying not to kneel in horse poop or sticker burrs or something. Fire Ant beds wil make you shuffle a bit too. NoEasyDay
Is there even any benefit to playing the game evil? If there is, I'm not aware of it. It seems like the game wants you to be a goody two shoes.

It forces trophy hunters to be good as you need good honor for some of the honor missions which are needed for 'lending a hand' I have 2 honor missions left and then I'm tanking my honor after that. GermanOutlaw
Spoiler Chapter 3 Spoiler Regarding good vs evil: I guess the game is benefitting a "good" playstyle more as it is part of Arthur's arc to be more and more at odds with some of the evil stuff the gang does. At least that is what I feel is happening, as I am coming closer to the end of Chapter 3.

The camp confessionals with the people bug me more than they should I have had random NPC’s tell me that “You have a good reputation around here.” They do seem to notice and they seem to notice on an individual level as well. I had a good reputation in that particular area, but one guy still hated me because I punched him in the face.
