Do this in a place where there's only one or two roads so you can see down them clearly. A cop car will come hauling towards you in the distance. Shoot at the driver. You don't have to kill him. Now this is the good part. The passenger cop will STAY in the car. Make sure you shoot at him while he's in the car and moving. This is only asking for many things to come. I can do this everytime. I take off with him, take the stars off and just cruise. Sometimes he'll get out and bust you or start shooting at you. OR. Do a mission. I did the one with Lance where we have to get cops on us to jack their clothes. It was me driving, Lance in the backseat, and a muthaf*ckin cop ridding shotgun! Krayzie huh. It was hilarious, and I think I went in the Pay N' Spray too, because I had no stars, and they just sat in the Rancher with me. It was so damn funny.
