Does anyone know what happened to Karen or how to find her? She completely vanished at the end of the game and it was like she was completely forgotten about.

Nobody knows. She's MIA. What's interesting is that Dutch forgets about her too. Makes it feel like she left on her own but I doubt it,

The last thing I remember about her was Tilly asking Arthur to speak with her. Went something along the lines of her asking him to do something to help her and he says he can ask her to stop but she will keep drinking anyways.

 

I'm more interested into what happened to Bill and Javier.

Javier is in Mexico working for Allende as a hitman or something like that... Hired gun I believe? Bill wasn't shown, but we know that he forms a gang in New Austin sometime before 1911

 

As for Karen, well... I dunno. Might've gone to Mexico too.

Play red dead redemption. you will see what happend to javier and bill also trelwany, uncle, dutch and edgar ross.

I have to assume she drank herself to death and died in a shallow grave somewhere,  just another unknown whore. I thought Karen was one of the most beautifully tragic characters in the game.

Yeah, I meant more like what happened to them in 1899. How does Javier end up in Mexico and Bill end up running a gang out of Fort Mercer.

Karen Jones better have a powerful role as a kick-ass mission giver in Red Dead Online,to bring the world back into balance.

She and Charles have yet to send me letters.... I think my game might be glitched.

I dont know if it was a glitch but charles was walking around my yard and i could interact with him after he already left in the credits anyone else get this?

Yeah, Karen vanishing is the one thing that had me wondering.  I can't even recall anyone in camp talking about her leaving.

Here, even with Trelawny, you know he left camp as you saw him leave.  But Karen just vanishes.  Tilly mentions her in the letter you receive but even she says "I never heard what happened to her"...

I know there is easter egg for stange man in rdr2 but look close to trelwanys face. He is really like him. 

John never interacted with him. So thats why john dont know who is stange man but stange man knows john, his family and his gang life.

Nope. Strange man is someone else. You can see him in RDR2.

About the Strange man, in the epilogue you have the option to rob stagecoaches and when talking to the contact who gives the tips about them, John clearly states being a friend of Arthur and Trewlany. So John knows who he (Trewlany) is. He is not the Strange Man. At least I dont think so.

Thats just a reference to the Strange Man from the first game. Being familiar is part of the mistery IMO. If John thought that was Trewlany he would mention. Just like he mentions when talking to the stagecoach dude.

I'm sure that Trelawny has a different voice to the strange man. Also Trelawny isn't really the type to go on robberies and stuff like that so i don't think he would have been there for the robberies the strange man talks about or have knowledge about them.

Does the Trelawny easter egg in Saint Denis appear for John as well? Also, does John interact with him at all while he's at the camp?

 

I've heard that some of the newspapers right before Arthur's final showdown indicate what happens to Trelawny after he leaves the camp. 

 

I definitely think that there might be connections between Trelawny and the Strange Man, but not through any of Trelawny's doing. Rather, it could be some being taking the form of Trelawny.

Hope she's alive. She was the second most badass female character after Sadie. But Arthur really didn't seem very confident when he talked about her with Tilly at the end. Guess it's very likely that she could not stop drinking and died not long after RDR2's plot.

 

About Trelawny... Never understood why people think that Trelawny could be the strange man (or has a connection to him). Just because of his looks? Then many strange men run around in Saint Denis fe. ! This outfit (in combination with that moustache) was nothing special back then. I see Trelawny more as a younger version of West Dickens (who wears almost the same outfit and the same moustache btw) , just with more class.

West-Dickens actually gets a mention in a newspaper after epilogue 2, all about his miracle cure

When jonh asking for stagecoach robbery tip, he says, "im friend of trelawny, the stange man"

 

also strange man knows johns life and the van der linde gang but john dont remember him in 1911 because he never interacted with trelawny in 1899

^ Dude, The Strange Man is in RDR2 as well. It's not Trelawny, despite their similar looks.

Trelawny has a home in Saint Denis near the trapper shop.  If you go by the door, you'll hear him and his wife toasting his return, and he'll tell you to go away.  Something about "see you at the office."  So the wife is clearly not in on the criminal shenanigans.

That doesn't happen. He says, "My name is John. I knew Arthur, Trelawney's friend? I'm a discouraged man." You can see this scene on YouTube. He never refers to him as the (or a) strange man, and also clearly knows Trelawney (as you'd expect, since they spend lots of time together at camp, regardless of not having direct interaction in missions).

 

This whole theory is dumb. It's based on nothing more than them looking somewhat alike in how they style themselves, and even if it was true it would add nothing to the game.
