General Store Catalog/Sell Menu Won't Open

As soon as I hold "Y" (I'm playing on a Xbox One S) to open the catalog it goes into the animation of Arthur walking up to it, itll zoom in on the catalog but he never opens it and then it just glitches out and he just stands there. I spoke with Rockstar Tech Support but I figured I'd try here to see if anyone else has had the same issue and have fixed it.

Does the same problem occur on a different save file? Have you tried just purchasing the items from the social club website instead?

I did at first try deleting my save game and replaying through. The same problem was happening. Rockstar didnt give me any solutions from their tech support so I just decided to uninstall and reinstall the entire game (I purchased a disc) and the problem is now gone.
