Sentinel Driver
if you go check your wellbeing stat as John the game wil say "John will not get sick" so the whole wellbeing exists just because of Arthur's plot tuberculosis
Cutter De Blanc
It also says "Once you get sick, it can not be easily cured." The word "easily " intrigues me saintsrow and Sentinel Driver

It makes Arthur playable after you get high honor ending (staring into a sunset instead of getting shot or stabbed by Micah) and complete the epilogue. I assume that this is why they put the word "easily" there. Edited November 7, 2018 by Display Name

Probably not since it would literally be on every YouTube channel by now, and you know how Rockstar likes their stories to be played out the way they see it (everyone would go for the secret ending). But it is a nice thought though, and a very interesting way of bypassing player complaints of protagonists dying if it were real.
