Wanted dead or alive

Hi, 

 

If I am wanted dead or alive in a state, is there any way that I can have that removed? I had a bounty of about $220 and then got caught by the po po in that state but now it says I am wanted dead or alive there. Is that forever or can it be removed?

Just spend all your money and turn yourself in, the warrant will clear after you spend a night in jail.

Or just pay the bounty at a post office and its gone.
