Modern Spartans MC Posted November 4, 2018 Share Posted November 4, 2018 (edited) If you die whilst in possession of legendary items, you will lose them. There is no way to obtain these items again, short of reloading to a previous save, and the legendary animal(s) will never respawn. The item(s) are lost forever! Should you be arrested, rather than killed, the items will remain on your horse or where they were left, provided nobody (or nothing) has moved them.
