Besides, it may be better having that kind of test and fix/balance the game, than doing it Internally and releasing a version where things have been “fixed” and it’s considered finished. Which sucks cause there was hype that it was going to be in the start of this month - or at least 2 weeks later just like they launched gta online. All updates were have always been on Tuesday.. If you think about it, RDR2 was released on Friday (unless you went to GameStop and received it Thursday night), so I would guess next Thursday or Friday. I wouldn't think they would release on Thanksgiving day or weekend because I don't think they would get the ratings that they would expect to see. That is why I suspect R* is hiding behind the "BETA" excuse and tell me this, why should we, we who paid for the game, be free BETA testers for a company thats made billions? Why should be have sh*t shovelled into our mouths and when we say "This tastes like sh*t" be given the excuse "Its just a BETA bro!" So if that is the case, then possibly next Friday with an announcement at the weekend, Then again I'm just satiating my own impatience with ideas. Grounded ideas though, we can only hope! In the past they tended to be low-key and often accessible by invitation or application only. At any rate, all we can do is hope R* learned from the GTAO disaster and is better prepared for this launch. Whether the "BETA" label represents an honest appeal for input, cynical hedging of bets or simple cowardice is mostly down to individual perspective because it's probably some mixture of all three. These days they are just an excuse to release unfinished code and have millions of people QA it for free and if it does go tits up you readily have the excuse of "Its just a BETA bro". LOL do you legit believe that it's a BETA? hahaha GTA V's Online Launched a few weeks after the SP. it was a horrible mess, now they have an excuse, release the Online version they have, call it a BETA just incase it's a horrible mess too.
