Guest
I am absolutely sure that New Austin has been designed for RD Online. Spent 3 minutes in Blackwater, had 3 collisions with other horse riders, who decided to swirl their horse right into mine (it was them or a building) and collided with a wagon which just stood there right around a corner, blocking the entire street. My horse was close to dead and all I came to Blackwater for was the tailor. Then, while on my way to the Trapper near the ranch, several riders steered right at me, but I could avoid them. I think they use the same idiot focus mechanic as the playable character does to interact with you. You can hear them compliment your horse and see them steering right at you while doing so. Really, flying machines aren't that bad....

It was right at the beginning. thats weird I usually would last 10 seconds or they already had bounty hunters with road blocks They only had so much man power and they were already working 100 hour weeks, that all went into the new game and the new map. they simply didnt have time to put even more end game quests in that area after the true ending. still with johns missions got to be there for at least 6 hours or more. they can only work so hard On 11/17/2018 at 8:40 PM, Mafia Assassin® said: I remember before the game's release, we were speculating how R* would keep John out of New Austin, what kind of "in-game excuse" they would make for John being the only member not entering New Austin, and turns out, he is the only one actually able to freely roam around New Austin. Kinda Ironic. I think that the only thing that can put some sense in this is if we consider everything post-credits non-canon. Nah I think its cause by that point the pinkertons and feds had assumed the gang was either all dead or scattered and sense it had been multiple years sense the robbery that went wrong it was safe to go back without being actively man hunted like some fresh meat On 11/17/2018 at 10:24 PM, McGhee said: When it comes to playing the game after the epilogues are done, I might have well played the rest with Nathan Drake or Lara Croft. Just completing the game to 100% makes absolutely no difference on who you play at all. The story is done, the epilogue (and kind of a prologue to RDR) is done too. Completion is what keeps me busy, but I have to be honest that I don't care much about which protagonist I'm doing that with anymore. Like I said, could have been Nathan Drake or even Manny Calavera for all I care. After all the missions are done, it's just stats to me now. I honestly wish they would give a mass effect type option where you get back to arthur and can go back and do whatever you want before going to the spot and taking the missions as "the final quest/mission" that way go back and get to do everything as arthur before going on the final ride Would have made wayyyyyy more sense. for example the mission where you hunt the 4 gun slingers. I got all the pictures needed in chapter 2. and you cant meet the guy for the book until mid chapter 4 and then do the final thing with slim grant. well I forgot all about it and never went to him as arthur. but still had the pics in the satchel and went to the guy as john. it just really didnt make much sense because john had never met him and never wouldve known who the guy is etc. so would be much better if just get to travel back to the point of arthur alive before taking the final mission

I picked it up after completing the ranch and final epilogue mission. Went to the stable in Valentine to get a free horse with John and ammo at the gunsmith. The newspaper guy Is still there, so I bought all editions. Edited November 22, 2018 by Guest

There was one NPC I revisited with John to finish up some things Arthur started. Can't remember which one, but I do remember him calling John mr Morgan once. I think it was Hamlish Sinclair, but I'm not 100% sure.
