Definitely got Special when I bought Ultimate

I bought the ultimate edition months ago and got the 2 million dollars for GTA online. I've seen official response from rockstar saying it says special but its ultimate however its not the case for me i have the special.

 

What should I do to have this fixed?

Ultimate edition content should download when Red Dead Online goes live sometime this November.

I have Ultimate edition and it has already downloaded.

Isn’t ultimate edition online content only? I’m guessing you won’t know you’ve got it until online launches.

Among things you get I’m missing are 2 outfits and a horse, i have the special edition content for sure unlocked. Also checked my email i definatly got ultimate edition receipt.

Ultimate and Special edition both have the exact same story mode content. The difference is, Ultimate also has content for Online.

 

The Online content isn't active yet because Red Dead Online has not begun. When it does start, the Ultimate content will be there, and it will likely say "Ultimate Edition" on the PS4 home screen at that time.
