Corrupted Save Xbox One

As Per title just a heads up to me personally its happened whilst trying to manuallly save before going to bed, save files screen never loaded, game quit itself and on staring game again i just get the loading black screen with the gun icon on the bottom left. Also when i go into the actual save file in the my games and apps i cannot see that i have any even to uninstall. Also doesnt give me the option to load a previous save (ANGRY AT RS) this could easily have been implemented.

 

EDIT - Not really a question more as a warning to not manual save at least as to avoid this, BUT if anyone has a fix its greaty appreciated.
