I purchased the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack, I can not get the free weapons from AmmuNation only weapon available is combat pistol. I made the purchase at lvl 4 and am now lvl 19 still trying to defend myself with a pistol. I have looked on youtube and this forum but see no info relevant. I have even tried to search locations, lured cops and got a shotgun but lose it when logged out.

There is nothing we can do to help you, This is a problem that can only be fixed by R* Support so you'll need to go to their support page and Submit a Request/Ticket and explain the problem and they'll be able to help you from there.

 

Please remember we are only a fan forum we have no affiliation with R* games or can help with support related issues

p.s. use this chance to get a refund instead of a "fix". Criminal Enterprise pack is a total rip off and lumbers you with the worst of all the businesses and vehicles. Even a Shark Card is a better option. See:

Yes I saw a video of what a rip off it is, but had already purchased it. Will see what they say.

If you're defending yourself with a pistol at rank 19, you're doing something wrong, seeing as all the DLC based weapons can be purchased from rank one and all that takes is to save up a bit of money (one contact mission paying $20k is enough to buy one of the assault rifles). 

 

Last I checked the underrated Assault SMG was still free to purchase too for anyone signed up to the Rockstar Games Social Club.

I sent customer support a video clip as they requested. In ammu-nation i get no option for weapons other than combat pistol.

Try visiting one during a contact mission

I assume u have the weapons u need by now but if not try going to your start menu & select game options. U should see a selection for the Criminal Enterprise content & from there it will let u collect all content from the starter pack.
