Libertad Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 Hey guys, I am in love with Red Dead Redemption 2, but I'm slightly disappointed with how much damage Arthur can take before dying. He can get shot like 10 times and brush it off, which sucks a bit. So far I've turned off auto-aim, and it's definitely more challenging but I very rarely die. Can you recommend anything else? Unfortunately hunting and fist fighting increase Arthur's health, so I'm trying to do as little fighting as I can. Is there a way to maintain a low health core? You don't really need to eat, and sleeping regenerates your health completely. I'd like to limit my health core if possible for more of a challenge. Thanks in advance. Sonny_Black Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 (edited) Lowering your health core will sometime make you dizzy (camera movement) and will change how Arthur walk and his facial expression. Your health will regenerate slower tho. By the way yes, you can keep it low if you don't eat and don't use tonics and such. Anyways, you can try to avoide to use the dead-eye and powerful weapons, and you can also try to turn off the HUD. I'm not sure, I've seen a guy in the wilderness being sick as f*ck, I gave him some medicine and he told me "be careful mister, these red plant over there" IIRC but I didn't tried to eat it so I don't know if this was actually poisonous for Arthur. In order to die I have to take on 10+ enemies at once. Every time I'm ambushed it's a walk in the park. I'm on Chapter 3 and I don't think I've died once during missions.
