NoEasyDay
Is there any sort of safe storage compartments that you can put items in? Maybe at the camp or something? Or are you stuck with them in your inventory?
NoEasyDay
I'm asking because there seem to be a large number of pelts required for upgrades, but there is no where to store them other than your horse. My understanding is these degrade over time, let alone my horses ass storage space is limited. Does anyone know whether or not donating these count towards the upgraded pouches and such? I need to make room for new pelts, but dont want to lose my upgrade progress. Thanks for your help
Deadman2112
You can take a second horse with you for extra space ...all you do is get your grab a second horse then call your main horse have him follow you and ride till you bond with the 2nd one. Once that happens they will both stay with you even while hunting. Not sure about the other questions you asked Edited November 1, 2018 by Deadman2112
NoEasyDay
Well for anyone curious I did discover that donating the pelts to Pearson does save them for use in upgrades. For example if you bring back a deer pelt and a rabbit pelt, you can donate them to pearson, then leave camp to go retrieve more. When you return and go to upgrade a satchel for instance, pearson will still have the other pelts waiting. So that pretty much solved my concern. I basically just give them to pearson to hold onto until I have all the required components.

Deadman2112
The thing I said about talking a second horse while hunting will save you from having to return to town as often. Bring in one big haul, and get to bring in two large pelts. The downside to this is if you get killed you lose all of your pelts.
