As many may know, there is a ridiculous glitch in GTA 4 where stevie never contacts you about the car theft missions, therefore not triggering them and leaving you stuck not being able to complete it 100%. (Think its due to the phone being on silent at the time the call is triggered or something?) Anyway, is there anyway to manually activate this? Im completely new to modding GTA and im not really sure where to start... Ive had a look with Open 4 and found the script for the car theft texts but I dont really understand they're code well enough to fix it.. Anyone been able to over come this or would know how?
