The Treehouse man, is it just an NPC or some sort of EE?

So I was walkin round MacFarlane’s ranch to the very edge of the cliffs and spotted a voice that were shouting at me to leave him be, apparently saw he was in this sort of treehouse and you cant reach for him, the only way to get him down that treehouse is throwing a dinamite up there so he falls, once he felt dead I saw he had this deformed mouth and white eyes, tried to blow his head off but you can’t, it’s literally impossible, why can you blow any npc’s head out but not his one?? Idk. Just wanted to clear out what’s going on with the dude. Is he there for a reason or not.

I found a guy way up north east, close to the legendary moose. He lived inside a tree and came out on the top and shouted get away and leave him alone. Then he dissapear inside the tree. Looked like a man from the stone age.

 

Found this meteorite up in the north. With a Tunguska like crater.
