There's a regular one at the very south end of Lemoyne, west of Saint Denis. Unfortunately, I don't know how long it takes to respawn. I need a perfect pelt, and the first one I got was a 1-star. guardian1816 Posted November 6, 2018 Author Share Posted November 6, 2018 I completed this challenge a while ago and now every time I go up north of annesburg I find at least 2. usually 1 right outside the town by the rail bridge and then further up. When I had this quest they were extremely rare, so with Rockstar logic, if you want to find cougars you just have to kill 5 of them first. I have searched for hours to get a Futo for my friends in gtao.and then the very next day when playing alone, then its the only car that spawns. I'm most likely going to be very mad since I finally reached that challenge where I have to kill 5 with a bow, I'm putting 50 cents down that I'll have a hard time finding them.
