Timed out session PS3

Everytime i try to login in Online it says "timed out session", what is this ? Did a modder jammed my account ? How i can re-enter on online ?

This used to happen all the time on ps3 and sometimes on ps4. Eventually it should pass and you can get online.

I assume its  a R server issue and not much you can do from your side. You can try resetting your router. On ps3 its good to delete and reinstall the updates every so often to clear out corrupt files.
