I'm going to finish the game with Option A (everyone's alive) and i'm planning to get max revenue from all heists, and I'm posticipating Lester's assassination's missions as much as possible in order to get advantage of the stock market. However, currently I have no idea on how much money i'll need exactly at the end of the game.
