SPOILER:Question about Characters

So im only on chapter 3 but i wanna know is there any Red Dead Revolver or Red Dead Redemption characters in the game?

I mean it would be a huge let down since they have some of the RDR map in the game and i also hear the main story really does not use much of it.

BTW, when i mean characters, i'm talking about Red Harlow, Herbert Moon, The Macfarlane's, Leigh Johnson  characters like that

I don’t think they count Revolver in the Redemption universe

herbert moon is there, bonnie mcfarlane and landon rickets are mentioned although not scene as far as im concerned. edgar ross young partner is shown at the end of the credits.
