Horse Cargo

How do you put stuff into your horse cargo? Mines always empty.

Any skins or carcasses that you physically hold in your hands or on your shoulder will give you the option to stow it on your horse when close to it. You can have a total of three carcasses on your horse, one large one, like a deer on the back, and a smaller one on either side (rabbit, crow, etc.) Optionally, any large hides that you carry over your shoulder will take the place of the large carcass. Smaller hides I believe can be stacked on the rear until your horse cargo is full I imagine, I haven't packed that much on it yet.

Ahhh thanks. I was thinking I could offload some inventory provisions into the horse cargo. So it's only for carcasses?

You do have rifles, bow, shotgun, pistols; and hats stored on your horse, you can also choose up to 3 outfits and 4 masks IIRC, I think some food and tonics for your horse are also stored. The carcasses, pelts etc are stored in your horse cargo.

Horse cargo? Well that's new should've add this feature in GTA rather than here i guess, because let's face it, there are not much to carry in the west right? Only revolver, rifle and some lasso with some stone cold iced balls

They should have had this in GTA V/Online where your weapons are stored in the boot/trunk of your car. If you are going to give each character a custom vehicle then make it have purpose.

You would be able to carry one light weapon like a Pistol or Machine Pistol and one heavy weapon like an assault rifle/sniper rifle. Carrying weapons enough to arm a small country always annoyed me as I meant everything but the Auto-Shotgun, Heavy Sniper or Rocket Launcher became nothing pretty fast. Being forced to choose what weapons to use if you wandered away from your car would have balanced the Online very nicely. If I see someone with a Snip[er Rifle I would not have to worry that they are going to pull out and shotgun when I get close for example.
