More than one item requires a legendary pelt i.e. multiple items require a legendary bear pelt. So is it a pick one and choose or does the one legendary pelt supply enough for multiple items? This is the correct answer. All delivering the pelt does is unlock the clothing attached to it. It's not like the trapper is actually cutting up the pelt and making the clothing lol.
