What is the carry capacity of the satchel?

Hello all, does anyone know how to tell what the carry capacity is of your satchel? I know it is broken up into different categories but I don't see any indication anywhere of how much space I have left.

The problem is, early on in the game you can hunt a legendary bear and when you skin this bear, you receive notification that you can't harvest all of his parts and need a bigger bag? So I loaded my game and dumped out a bunch of stuff from my satchel, useful items but I didn't want to miss out on anything a unique animal dropped and even after dumping a bunch of stuff it still told me I couldn't carry all the bears "loot"

 

So how do I figure this out because I did that bear mission a few times trying to do it the right way. Thanks!
