Early on, I was out riding peacefully but accidentally rode straight into a walking NPC, so I had to defend myself against him. But naturally, people saw me as the aggressor, and not much later I was on the run from the law with a bounty of $50 on me. And I just wanted to go for a quiet ride in the woods. And other times you can be spoiling for a fight and end up stroking a dog, noticing your Horse is dirty and hungry and spending your evening cleaning and feeding it.
