Guru Sangha Posted October 30, 2018 Share Posted October 30, 2018 (edited) Hi Guys I wanted to create not just a whole new map but a whole new game with a : New story line New Peds New Map New playable character New and old vehicle Customized graphics Replace Whole GTA 4 WITH BEAUTIFUL CITY : CHANDIGARH WE CREATE : GTA : CHANDIGARH FOR THIS I NEED HELP OF MANY MODDERS ALL MODDERS WHO WANTED TO HELP ME IS WELCOME IN THIS PROJECT That doesn't matter if you are not professional in modding the only things that matter is : do you Know how to use 3dsmax do you know how to edit map do you know how to create textures or are you living in Chandigarh that are whole requirement for help if you have any of that experience you are welcome in this project Edited October 30, 2018 by Guru Sangha Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I dont know what the Moderator will do but here's my opinion MEd 3ds Max Learn how to model simple things first. I'm also cant model due to my crappy laptop so I'm learning how to model too. Now I am no Pro, but You cannot just take Liberty City which is America basically and turn it into India?.. Tbh as ambitious this project might be, it sounds like one that has been rushed with. Like its me buying a gaming laptop and expecting me to be a Pro gamer or me installing Kaali Linux and expecting to be a hacker. Trust me I have tried both. And none of it turned out well after hours and hours. Honestly it would be realistic if you just take a very small chunk of of Chandigarh, take all pictures and get dedicated to recreate that, with peds, cars, traffic, and greenery. So all in all, dont just jump to conclusion, its possible but You will have to take the pain. Start up slow and do a map, and take help when needed.
