Camera issue on PS4 Pro

I ran into a strange camera issue while playing on PS4. Chapter two I think.  For about an hour playing the camera would slowly move to the sky. When viewing the map it would zoom in on it's own. Like the L Stick was pushed up slightly. Needless to say this was vary annoying and made the game almost unplayable. I stopped the game and restarted it and the issue was still there. After about an hour playing like that the issue just went away. I am playing with a month old controller and have not had any issues in other games.
