SpookyFoxMu1der Posted October 29, 2018 Share Posted October 29, 2018 I love the fact that you can sneak in this game with your knife, bow, etc. I was wondering if anyone has found some bandit outposts or gang forts that you can infiltrate and take down that aren't connected to a scripted mission. I would like to handle a group of people the way I want to instead of the game always having a cutscene and forcing me to go loud or go stealth. Anyone know if this exists anywhere in the game? Sebor Posted October 29, 2018 Share Posted October 29, 2018 Yes there is plenty. There are 6 different gangs and they all have at least one large gang hideout and several tented camps. The tented camps would be hard to do stealth kills unless you perhaps wait and they all sleep? The hideouts give lots of opportunities for stealth. Check your progress and check your gangs. You can see more info there. Where they are well I only found 2. One north of strawberry. The other I can't remember. Usually they are in isolated farms. I also found a cabin with about 4 or so criminals. They seemed to not have been affiliated with anyone. I just threw some dynamite through the door and it was just so epic. I am about an hour or two into chapter 3 and I have not run into any gang outposts that have not been directly tied to a mission or bounty. Are they marked on your map in a certain way? Is there anything to do or collect there? When you get close to the gang outpost, it tells you that you've found a gang hideout and the gang members may start attacking you. (For me, i went through the camp by accident with my horse) I haven't seen any way that they are marked on the map. There is a bit of loot to get in a hideout as you can loot the dead bodies and normally get a bit of money that way. Nah Tso Gud Posted October 30, 2018 Share Posted October 30, 2018 I found a mini outpost sort of.. south of Rhodes I think. It was an old dilapidated church.. there were maybe 6-9 enemies in it. Use that eagle eye to loot.. I wouldve missed all kinds of stuff there (at night) other wise... billfolds, money clips, etc. In boxes. Not sure about that yet. I did clear one house of some criminals. Then later i had a mission there and we had to kill the criminals in there again.
