Merle Travis Posted October 29, 2018 Share Posted October 29, 2018 One thing I very much enjoyed in RDR 1 was you would find friendly campfires with 2-3 people out in the wilderness that would invite you to sit down and listen to campstories. Does anyone know if these camps are in RDR 2? So far the only camps I come across in the wild are people that tell me to f*ck off and they are threatening me to leave, and no option to sit down and listen to camp stories is given. Dambuster617 Posted October 29, 2018 Share Posted October 29, 2018 Hi mate yeah i found a camp by a viaduct with a bloke and his dog,who took a liking to me after awhile he asked me to sit with him he told me his story and then rode off.It was quite polite. CrimsonFolo Posted October 29, 2018 Share Posted October 29, 2018 Yes there is a variety. There is the generic guy by himself who will tell you to f*ck off and threaten to shoot you. There's another variant of this guy but with some animal skins around. There is some where there is a dude who'll tell you a story. I think i had one about how you can't trust too many people or something. Gang camps as well. Also when you set up a camp, gang members might come up and warn you that it's their turf. I've also gotten an encounter where two guys were trying to make moonshine and they asked me to get a plant for them which i had and i gave it to them and they gave me something in return.
