Panda iQ
I took a long time off from the game but recently started playing it with friends again. I had a decent sum of money in my bank account and bought a club but cannot do anything with the Warehouse Management tab. The club is the only newer thing I own so what would be the cheapest way to get started up again?
Biira99
Cheapest? Leave the Nightclub for now, you need money to invest in businesses to make Nightclub any profitable. I have 3 approaches for you: 1) Buy Maze Bank Office ($1M) and a Warehouse (Convinience Store Lockup is the cheapest, but not the best location) 2) Buy the cheapest MC clubhouse (Great chaparral is $200k). Then get Alamo Sea Cocaine Lockup (cheapest cocaine lockup at $975k). 3) Buy a bunker (Paleto Forest is the cheapest, but not the greatest location) and start Gunrunning. You can do gunrunning as a VIP (no need for office or MC, only $50k on hand - it won't be taken from your account btw) Then depending on your choice assign your first (free) technician in your nightclub to accrue goods for you. I don't know how much money you have. I'd suggest making upgrades in the Cocaine Lockup (if you buy it), or you'll be getting raided often. When you get more money invest in a Vehicle Warehouse (cheapest is $1.5M) and source high end vehicles. In the meanitime do Sightseer and Headhunter VIP missions. Anyway, grind and invest until you have enough businesses, so you can hire more technicians to passively accrue goods for you. Don't waste money on things that don't help you make more money. At least not at first, once you have a stable income, you can start spending more freely Edited October 29, 2018 by Biira99 Taterman and Panda iQ

Do NOT buy this bunker, as its distance from the city makes all related missions an absolute nightmare. Save and get one as far south as you can. jazzbone and Rotorhead359
jazzbone
Pass on the Paleto Forest Bunker. Great price, but generaly considered a terrible location. Maze West however is the cheapest and is a good location. Certainly not a terrible location. Overall save the grief and relocation expenses by considering location as much or more than price. There is lots of info in forums and video about business locations and operation. Learn about passive and afk ways to make easy earnings. Learn too how to get into a solo public lobby. Currently there are weekly events that start on Tuesdays and usually last one week. These weekly events feature discounted prices on property and vehicles and double pay for various jobs and activities. Weekly events can help considerably in building your empire. Biira99
I agree with posters above. You definitely have to do the research on what will benefit you the most. I only listed cheapest versions of each business locations (as requested by the poster), as for the bunker it's certainly not the best (even in half-empty lobby it's hard to finish some transports to Los Santos, as you may be given a mission with deadshot AI, short timelimit and multiple locations. So yes, if you have the funds, invest in a better location).
