SPOILER:Did I miss the Valentine bank robbery?

Just finished chapter 2 and moved the camp to Dewberry Creek. Valentine is off limits because of the shootout with Cornwall's men. So what I'm wondering is where is the Valentine bank robbery mission that was featured in the previews and gameplay trailer? Seems like a mission that would have been in chapter 2 when the gang was still at horseshoe overlook.

You are indeed able to miss the Valentine bank heist. Characters will refer to this in future missions.

I guess there's another sort of heist that you can miss then, because there's a certain mission where characters will refer to a sort of heist you could've done but didn't and I think it was in Valentine too.

Did you do it? I think they just left it out. Maybe for DLC.

The Rockstar Games Social Club shows 107 main story missions on the 100% completion tracker. Each chapter has a set segment of missions. From what I can see, it's impossible to miss any main story missions or have them locked out, I could be wrong though.

I have done 72/107 missions so far and have missed 3 in chapter 4 and one in chapter 2.

That was the Valentine Bank Heist, wasn't it? When you leave somebody says "It's a shame we didn't rob the bank while we were there."

Karen Jones talked of the heist during the first mission of chapter 2 but then Cornwall and Pinkertons started roaming around and they had to postpone it.

Yeah but then you get to do it during chapter 3.

The dialogue did make me feel like I passed over it though

As long as the Rhodes bank heist that I paid for isn’t skipped, I’m good. 

Karen told me that too, “too bad we didn’t rob the bank in Valentine.”

So is it part of chapter three like some of you are saying?

Is there anything else like this to be aware of?

When do you get access to the Rhodes bank job dlc? I missed it on my first playthrough which sucks.

All the previewers made it out that missions are missable, I think that was false,only the gang member missions seem to be missable.

Nah you'll get it eventually. I thought the same also, was so angry that I was tempted to restart the whole game. The one heist I was looking forward to

It's in Chapter 3.. its a main mission and therefore unmissable. As soon as you get a mission for Bill that's it. It's called "Sodom? Back to Gomorrah".
