Does anyone else find the transition between different weathers way too fast?

One second its raining with grey clouds, I look down on the ground and up again and its all of a sudden totally blue sky with almost no clouds.

 

Or I am riding and it is blue sky no clouds, just the sun out, I look down on the ground for a second and up again, the sky is filled with clouds.

 

Has anyone else noticed this? Why are these weather transitions going on at supersonic speeds?

Actually I've noticed that too. I've been caught when it's raining, but it doesn't last for very long (maybe a minute or two in real time). It's not as crazy as Mafia III's ridiculous weather transitions, but nothing a patch shouldn't fix.

 

Though in saying that it could be location dependant. I remember in Red Dead Redemption the weather around Thieves' Landing was always dark and gloomy, but as soon as you rode towards Hennigans Stead it would clear up almost instantaneously.

May I ask the two of you which chapter you are in? Seems like weather is dependent on season.
