FWG21
I know this feature prolly doesn't exist since GTAV had the same problem but... how to get rid of guns? Why cant I store those I do not use in camp or just disable them in the menu? This is so frustrating when i have to swap them on the horse while looking for the ones I like. And I have to do this so often! Arthur gets on his horse, puts his stuff back in the pouches (which is nice and looks great when he takes it out again) but there are so many guns that I don't want to see there. Just let me have those 2 I use and scrap the rest. Don't need 3 repeaters, rifle, sawedoff and other revolvers on me. If I bought new gun then why the hell would I carry another 6 or something. DirtyDan0311
Agreed, the constant swapping gets annoying. I usually plan on what gats I'm taking out and then leave camp. It would be nice to only have those gats with me. Plus if you pick up a gun my accident thats it, you have it in your wheel forever which I don't like at all. SaturdayNight
I may not be far enough in the game to have this problem but i like it so far. I like that i can have two big guns and a hand gun with me at all times. Or i can keep all my big guns on my horse if i like. But run the risk of not having access if my horse dies. If your horse dies, you can get your saddle from the place it died. I think everything should be on there saintsrow

Jedster
I would like to ditch some guns as well, I found this sniper rifle which have somewhat better stats than the same model I already had so I wanted to throw the worse one away, or those first revolvers which I know for sure I am not going to use ever again, but you just cant. I hope they will add this option in some patch...

It does. But when my horse died there was the saddle. Right on the ground. saintsrow

JumpingKentFlash
It’s annoying the way he has two long weapons on the back.

HockeyMike24
At least it's not as bad as GTAV. But yeah, I was expecting them to fix the messy weapon storage system... Oh well maybe in the next game
full_r3trd
you forget, this game is designed for kids, i am an adult and so much is wrong to me but i realize im not the audience they market to... i will never buy online shark cards for example... if those kids lose one gun they used mommy's credit card to buy, they will rage hard and their parents will have to buy them 10 more video games just to beg his forgiveness and if that 12 year old is still mad then the parents lives will be hell since the average parent is a slave to their child and does not discipline them, it is why we have this thing called millenials, anyways im going off on a tangent but i dont think R* can change this mechanic without upsetting their core type of customers Edited October 30, 2018 by full_r3trd buckowski and Covid 19
DirtyDan0311
Another thing I don't like is when I specifically decide not to bring my long guns and then I get off my horse into a cut scene and boom, I have two rifles on my back. This has happened multiple times.

When you get back to your horse, you can get your snioer rifle back without sacrificing the new gun. But I agree. Being able to preload your hirse the way you want at camp, much like a weapons locker, would be immensely more preferred. The mechanic, where you actually don't permanently drop a gun when picking up another is good but it would be better to have an option to discard weapons manually or to have special storage in camp for guns you don't want/need to have on your horse... paddymcg
There needs to be a weapon locker, or at the very least the ability to drop weapons out of your inventory. We need an option to keep weapons equipped too, it's infuriating when you hunt a deer with your bow for example, then get back on your horse and find another deer to hunt, so you get off to track it and get it in the perfect position for a shot but it turns out Arthur decided to put the bow back in the horse inventory. Great!
volta2001
What if the condition of the gun drops all the way to zero? Will it be discarded then?
Gallows
Maybe have an option of which guns to show like when you put outfits on your horse.

I don't think so, they are broken and practically useless, but can still be used.
Display Name
The only way to lose weapons so far is to get punched by someone. Sometimes they will make you drop your gun. It happened to me when I tried to pull out a revolver in a fist fight. I lost my cattleman revolver and I'm pretty sure I didn't had it on my horse.
