I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but I went after this treasure and it glitched at picking up the 3rd map.   I found the rock it was hidden under, hell, I could even see the item in the rock, but nothing I could do would get the game to prompt me to pick it up.   I did however, shoot it with a bow and push it further into the hole it was in.   I havent been back up there to see if this fixed itself being that the journey will take you 20-30 minutes round trip.
