With RDR2 on the rise, it got me to thinking...
How would the dynamic of GTA change if they added rideable, storable horses to the arsenal of vehicles?

How would players respond? Trying to run them off the road, throw a sticky on one while a player's getting a new tattoo, or even just stealing one?

What would the maintenance be? Would we need a stable boy/girl? Would stables act much like garages?

And what kind of horses would be available? I'm sure Rockstar would dripfeed them to us.
For sure, they'd release a Pegasus Pegasus – a flying horse, of course! 

I think it would change the landscape of how we play and explore Los Santos dramatically.
Jobs, Missions, Heists, and especially Races would all take on a whole new way of thinking and playing.

Problem is the only place to conceal a sticky is under the tail, that can get reeeal messy.

Could add them as side projects. Stables/showjumping, buckin' bronco minigames or something, race around the back of the casino too. All good. I could buy a farm in Grapeseed too.

 

But to have them wander about in freemode just wouldn't do it for me. That'd be too much with the crazy we got I feel. And you know folk will want a rocket powered one or something silly. Uugh, sorry.

 

To each their... no... sorry, horses for courses though. Animals in GTA:O in general would add to the game a lot I think.

Dunno about horses but Magical Ponies? Definitely. 

 

They could come in 4 ckssses: Earth Pony. Pegasus. Unicorn. Alicorn. 

 

I'd immediately purchase the Rarity model it would go perfectly with the Seamstress Farmer Wonderbolt Animal Lover Bookworm and Party Planner update.

I think only roleplayers would use them, because everyone's duty is to shoot every other folk in this game. Unless there will be BF1 horses, which can survive several tank shells.

I have a big smile at every reply!! Too funny! But this one, with the Ignition Bomb, just got me right in my sense of humor! LMAO!!
Just the idea of pulling into the LSC with a horse and hearing, "Are you here for the magic touch?"
And then adding an Ignition Bomb would be hysterical.
But to then leave the horse outside of Maze Bank or Rockford Plaza waiting for someone to hijack it, well, the comedy would be worth every ounce of effort, especially if there were graphic effects to the explosion. And sounds... oh man.

Except for the one that's in the Muscle class.
