There was this mod, Storyline Enhancement that did something similar, but it had some serious glitches and its creator went missing so its unusuable sadly. That mod actually replaced some other characters like the Music Producer you throw to the Ocean for OG Loc, Scipio was his name I think? I'd honestly give it a look, if not for ideas at least. Thanks. I focus to add more weapons and missions difficult too. Man, look like that creator use different mod or something like that. I am be careful to work my project.
