Is this a good 4K monitor?

Hey all!

So, I still have to wait a while until I can play RDR2. I got the Xbox One X and the game sitting at home, waiting, but I won't be returning home until December 14th. But, when I get home, I want to play it on a good 4K screen. Hopefully I can get some advice here. I have read that OLED is real good, but that is too expensive for me I think.

I got my eye on this one at the moment. The BenQ EW3270U - 4K HDR VA Monitor. It's 490 euros which is about 560 dollars.
Is that a good 4K monitor to use with my Xbox One X?
