Skin Bug

Help me! 

I have modified some skins with 3Ds Max, but some of them have bugs like that. The things I do to them are change head.

- First, their heads are bug. Very soft like jelly.

- Then, I fix by extend bones head.

- Now, fixed, but their bodies are bug like that video.

Somebody know why and how to fix them?
