The Le Tresor Des Morts tresure map is in that tunnel, so its not entierly unused. But theres no reason to go there apart from that

Not anything important, but when Strauss gives you the first debt collection list the cutscene when you return with the debt changes ever so slightly based on which debt you collected first, and/or if you collected more than one.
