Great post. ūüôā

If chapter one is taken into account, then there's quick interactions between Mary-Beth and Sadie / Mary-Beth and John.

There's an interaction between Molly and Tilly at camp in chapter two.

Uncle shares a moment with Karen (chapter 2), Trelawny (chapter 3), John and Abigail (chapter 6).

John and Charles also have a conversation in chapter 3 I believe.

Oh, excellent finds man! Would you happen to recall the details of these interactions? In addition to this, one day I'd love to write a detailed list of the interactions.

Also, haven't got the cutscene/mission one done just yet, but I should have some free time to get to it soon :)

Also, haven't got the cutscene/mission one done just yet, but I should have some free time to get to it soon :)

Mary-Beth/Sadie/(Arthur)

Spoiler

Mary-Beth Gaskill : It's okay... It's okay, you're safe now. She'll be okay, Arthur.
Arthur Morgan : I'm sure she will, Mary-Beth. Just look after her.
Mary-Beth Gaskill : I'll do my best.
Arthur Morgan : Poor woman. Been through a lot. We should have a little food if you're hungry, Mrs. Adler.
Sadie Adler : I... I ain't hungry.
Arthur Morgan : Okay, ma'am. Well, you just ask Mary-Beth here.

Mary-Beth/John/(Arthur)

Spoiler

Arthur Morgan : You still here? Maybe I should scratch myself and feign a limp.
John Marston : Ain't you got nothing better to do?
Mary-Beth Gaskill : Whatever the beef is between you two, now ain't the time.
Arthur Morgan : Hey, I ain't serious.
Mary-Beth Gaskill : Well, ain't none of us in a joking mood right now.
Arthur Morgan : Look, we're gonna get through this. I'm only joking, Marston, you know that.
John Marston : Yeah, well you really pick your moments.
Arthur Morgan : Well, I'll let you rest.

Molly/Tilly

Spoiler

Molly O'Shea : How are you, sweetie?
Tilly Jackson : Working. Wanna lend a hand?
Molly O'Shea : Ah, I'd love to, but, eh... I'm so in love, Tilly. I'm so in love. He's... eh...
Tilly Jackson : He's not doing the washing, that's for sure. Now help me or clear out.

Uncle/Karen

Spoiler

Karen Jones : You could help, you know.
Uncle : I am much more suited to supervisory role. I'm watching you do that... and can I give you some constructive criticism?
Karen Jones : No, you certainly can't.
Uncle : Keep doing it wrong then.

Uncle/Javier

Spoiler

Uncle : Hey! What you get, Javier?
Javier Escuella : Never you mind, old man... Come... have a drink with me.
Uncle : Come on... tell old Uncle, what you get?
Javier Escuella : I robbed a soldier on the road.
Uncle : Oh goody.
Javier Escuella : What you been doing?
Uncle : Me? Thinking, plotting... you know me, I'm only interested in the big stuff.
Javier Escuella : If you say so.
Uncle : Who's gonna join us for a drink? Maybe a little song... come on people, this is life!

Uncle/Trelawny

Spoiler

Uncle : Well, how 'bout you, Mr. Trelawny, where are you from?
Josiah Trelawny : The moons of Jupiter, dear boy, the moons of Jupiter...
Uncle : Oh shut up, shut up! That kind of nonsense might amuse folk at a children's birthday party, but really... I'm saying Irish.
Josiah Trelawny : No.
Uncle : Scots?
Josiah Trelawny : Cornwall, dear boy, where the real, original Celts are from. Where they still have real trolls, just like you, that live under the bridges, where fire spews out of the marshes.
Uncle : What's it like?
Josiah Trelawny : I have no idea, I've never been, but it sounds wonderful!
Uncle : Well, I'm from Ohio and I have been there. And it could use with trolls.
Josiah Trelawny : So I've heard, so... I've heard.

Bill/Karen

Spoiler

Bill Williamson : How are you, Miss Karen?
Karen Jones : Fine... how are you, Mr. Bill?
Bill Williamson : Fine... I heard you said something to Grimshaw about a bank.
Karen Jones : Yes, the one in Valentine.
Bill Williamson : Give me the information...
Karen Jones : No. I'm running this, you want in?
Bill Williamson : You?
Karen Jones : Me. I can rob a bank just as well as any of you.
Bill Williamson : Sure... maybe... let me have a think.
Karen Jones : I been working on this a long time, I'm not getting cut out.

John/Charles/(Arthur)

Spoiler

Charles Smith : There. Bind it like this, it'll fly much better.
John Marston : You're a useful feller to have around.
Charles Smith : Not everyone would agree.
John Marston : Like who?
Charles Smith : Bill, for one.
John Marston : Bill don't like nobody who's tougher or smarter than him. Ain't that right, Arthur?
Arthur Morgan : Quite right. Which means he don't like many people at all.
Charles Smith : Except for maybe that Kieran.
John Marston : See? You learn quick.

Abigail/Pearson

Spoiler

Abigail Roberts : Jack... Jack? Has anyone seen Jack? Jack! Where is he... Mr. Pearson, have you seen Jack?
Simon Pearson : Hm? No. No but he always turns up... he's a smart kid.
Abigail Roberts : I hope so... Jack! Jack! Where are you, son? I'm gettin' real worried!

Mary-Beth/Pearson/(Arthur)

Spoiler

Mary-Beth Gaskill : Have you seen Kieran, Mr. Pearson?
Simon Pearson : No, my child, not today. I haven't seen anyone, I spent the day working.
Mary-Beth Gaskill : Okay.
Simon Pearson : I remember... long time ago, we lost this feller at sea... bad business, I think a shark took him.
Mary-Beth Gaskill : You think a shark came and ate Kieran?
Simon Pearson : No, no! No, it wasn't directly relevant. I was just making conversation...
Mary-Beth Gaskill : What you think Arthur?
Arthur Morgan : I think he'll be fine.
Simon Pearson : Yeah! Trust Arthur, he's usually right.
Mary-Beth Gaskill : Okay... thank you!
Simon Pearson : Any time.

Dutch/Abigail

Spoiler

Abigail Roberts : You okay, Dutch?
Dutch van der Linde : Eh?
Abigail Roberts : You okay? You seem... distracted, I suppose.
Dutch van der Linde : Me? Oh, I'm fine... fine... just thinking... you know... thinking. Excuse me... excuse me.

John/Uncle/(Arthur)

Spoiler

Uncle : What the hell is going on 'round here? Dutch is crazy as a cat herder. Micah and Bill are turning all kinds of screws on me. The only way this is gonna end is with a big old hole in Uncle's head.
John Marston : Don't worry. We're all watching out for you.
Uncle : What happened to the good old days, when you rob some nasty folks, have a party...
John Marston : We had a good run, didn't we?
Arthur Morgan : We're still breathing, so... we keep going.

Uncle/Abigail

Spoiler

Uncle : Who are those boys with Micah?
Abigail Roberts : I don't know, but I don't like it. What's Dutch thinking?
Uncle : I don't know... but I'd like to do Micah an injury.
Abigail Roberts : You and me both.

And those two little hilarious answers from Charles when the gang is drinking coffee on the morning (with Karen) and eating stew on the evening (with Sean).

Karen Jones : Mess with me before my morning coffee and I will scratch your eyes out.
Charles Smith : Good to know.

Sean Macguire : You ain't much company, are you? Come on, big feller, tell us a joke.
Charles Smith : Bill Williamson.

If I could like this multiple times I would. Thanks for the detailed response my friend :) I have a chart that I'm doing with this, I'll go ahead and add them to it. Think I'll get started on the other chart later tonight as well. Thanks again for letting me know about all these interactions!

I accidentally dumped the horse in a river when it was below freezing and when she got out there was steam coming off of her

The saloon pianos are affected by SFX volume rather than music volume.

If you say something to a piano player while hes playing he might mess up and hit an off note

Clearing the system cache (by unplugging the power cord from the ps4 for about a minute, not Rockstar's stupid way) does seem to cause minor improvements in AI overall

Slightly north of the Lookout Tower and the crazy war veteran who thinks the war is still going on, there's a little camp with 4 skeletons next to each other. One of them is holding a flask, another a wooden cross. It looks like it could be a war camp for injured soldiers, some of the skeletons are missing bones.

Ive played this game for hundreds of hours and never knew about this. Just came across it yesterday randomly.

Does anyone know if you don’t intervene with the two sheriffs taking in the criminal on horseback if they can actually take him to a nearby jail and place him in a cell? I was following them for about 30 minutes (they were on a bunch of routes but never once entered a major town) so I ended up giving up. Has anyone seen them do it maybe? It’s one of those random events that pop up every now and then and the guy being taken to jail gives you a robbery tip which I assume everyone knows obviously if you choose to kill the two sheriffs and cut him free from the rope. The attention to detail would have been awesome if it actually happened.

It seems that after completion of "Advertising, the New American Art -II" you permanently lose your deputy star, even if you saved it on an outfit

They're bounty hunters. You can kill them and take the criminal in yourself and collect the bounty. Usually I kill them and cut the criminal free for a robbery tip. I do the same with criminals being transported by lawman too.

I’m saying if you follow them do they actually take the guy to jail or they just basically roam around going on different trails?

Does this work in the epilogue? I'm running out of fun stuff to do with John.

I'm not sure how many, but I plan to go there too. I'd like to have 100% of compendium, but during chapter V we did not have much of a chance to explore island good.

They do have some routines, bounty hunters will make the way to blackwater when I'm in the nearby place of strawberry or valentine, another way I found is to saint denis or somewhere in the east side of map when I'm in emerald ranch or lemoyne.I gave up following them since I'm still play with arthur in early chapters, don't wanna go to places like saint denis too early or being killed in blackwater,it would be a shame if they ain't end up taking npcs to jails lol

That's my plan too. I'll probably avoid the dwellings and npc's if possible. I'd hate to die and re-spawn far away, or re-spawn far away after reloading a save.

If you give Pearson a 1-star or 2-star animals, camp members will make comments saying that the stew is horrible. If you give 3-star animals, no horrible comments on the quality of the stew.

I'm hunting down every quote from the time R* presented the characters (https://twitter.com/RockstarGames/status/1037671764011245568).

"They're chasing us hard, because we represent everything that they fear." - On the pier, during a dialogue between Dutch and John, either in Chapter 3 or 4.

"I wish I had acquired wisdom at less of a price." - During a campfire speech.

"You're playing a dangerous game." - Inside Dutch's tent at Clemens Point, during an argument.

"I swear half of you would just rot in your own filth, if nobody kept you in check." - During the mission No, No, and Thrice No, while riding the wagon alongside Grimshaw.

"The people are happy and well fed. I thinks perhaps we'll be ok." - While Pearson is preparing a stew, after donating a couple of three-star animals.

"I believe there's winners and losers... and nothing else besides." - On the campfire, while Micah and Swanson are discussing religion.

"The amount of hell we've raised, we're owed some back." - During Epilogue: Part 2, while Charles is patrolling the property by THAT tree.

"Don't try anything stupid and we won't do anything unkind." - During the mission An Honest Mistake, while robbing a stagecoach.

"It's a nasty world out there, and it's catching up with us..." - In Beaver Hollow, while Strauss shares his concerns with Grimshaw.

"Guess about all I got left now is doubts. Doubts and scars." - During a campfire speech.

"If they so much as put one bruise on him I swear, I'll bring the fires of hell on them myself." - In Shady Belle, before completing The Joys of Civilization.

"Did you catch the bad guys?" - During the mission Angelo Bronte, a Man of Honor, on the ride back to Shady Belle.

"Running scams, robbing banks, screwing over the rich and horrible." - In Shady Belle, during a conversation between Karen, Tilly and Mary-Beth.

"If we have to fight, we fight. If we have to run, we'll run. If we must die, we'll die, but... we'll stay free." - While riding alongside Javier during his fishing activity.

"Most of us grew up hungry and scared and alone, one way or another." - During a campfire speech.

"People call me lazy. I'm not lazy. Just don't like working. There's a difference." - On the campfire, while Bill and Uncle are discussing people calling the former dumb.

"Gentlemen. I think I've got something good." - Outside the general store, during the mission Polite Society, Valentine Style.

"Living free out here, like this... I wouldn't have it any other way." -¬† ‚ĚĒ

"How can romance ever be silly? It's all we have." - While Trelawny is at camp, performing magic tricks with Karen and Miss Grimshaw.

"I had real suffering and I lost everything, my vocation, my faith, my family..." - On the campfire, while Tilly and the Reverend are discussing the latter's troubles.

"Just leave it to me. I can talk a dog off a meat wagon." - During the mission The Fine Joys of Tobacco, on the ride to Caliga Hall.

"Nobody's taking nothing from me ever again" - During the mission Further Questions of Female Suffrage, on the ride back to camp (before being harassed by Lemoyne Raiders).

"We're thieves, in a world that don't want us no more." - At the start of the mission The New South.

22 down, 1 to go.

Go Lenny!

I saw an NPC enter a Gunsmith and grab revolver cartridges on a shelf and walk out. First time I’ve ever seen that. I was in Saint Denis when this happened.

I've been playing for a year now and still love when new unexpected things like that happen.

Dark Rosewood Varnish

I saw this in the Strange Man's latest video but in the mission where you save Trelawny from the bounty hunters theres a secret cut scene you can trigger by shooting at those two bounty hunters you encounter camping in the woods. If you shoot one of them a scene will trigger with Arthur intimidating the other by shooting at his feet.
