Found a hollowed out log you can use as a canoe on the kamassa river near Rhodes. However, I cannot get it to reappear! Never saw it mentioned, so has anybody else found it?

I didn't even know there was something like that in the game. Now I gotta go look for it.

I just saw the guy you take to the doctor with the bad arm get hanged in St Denis. Right before his neck snapped Arthur said "Wait I know you" and he said "If you help me I may be able to help you" but I didn't react in time.

Arthur says to one of the law officers there afterwards that he once took that guy to the doctor.

Was able to record some of it. (I play in HDR but Xbox doesn't record HDR properly so it looks weird)

RDR2 V1-00 OUTLAW

I recently have discovered a way it's possible to free roam in Red Dead Redemption 2 V:1.00 Build 1099.25 On Playstation 4 & Xbox One into New Austin with Gang Members / Companion Glitch without being killed.

All you have to do is replaying the Angelo Bronte Mission and after that do the gang members / companion glitch.

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but it's the only place I can think to ask. According to the wiki, there's a conversation Micah and Hosea can have where they say they miss the Callander boys. I've never heard this or even heard of it. Can anyone confirm or deny its existence?

Here Hosea says to Micah that they mattered to him and Micah just says he's "real sorry but dying that's part of the game", don't know if that's what it refers to though since it's not exactly as described. Compilation of the gang talking about the Callenders in camp here  doesn't have any Micah or Hosea in it.

But there's so many easily missable camp conversations so another one like that isn't ruled out. Maybe someone else knows it.

Yeah, I heard this on my first run, early chapter II. They talk about Mac like it was a fact he was already dead so I was a little confused until it was later revealed by agent Milton.

If you are high up in the mountains (on the side of the mountain, not top) and throw a dynamite down or dynamite arrow, you'll hear rocks crumbling down near you when the dynamite explodes

Not sure if this is it, but it does sound pretty close and it is not a dialogue I've heard before, so either way, thanks for showing this to me :)

Do you remember what they said exactly, or the basic gist of it? This might be why I've never heard it since I've never rescued Micah early, and after he comes back to camp it's usually not long before I've finished the chapter.

Yup, he was captured then, along with Sean. But Mac didn't make it.

Sorry I don't remember much of the conversation I only saw it in my first run back in 2018.

I just remember Micah approaches Hosea in one of the camp tables and discuss about the Callender brothers.

No problem man, thanks for the info :) I'm thinking of starting my fourth playthrough soon so I'll rescue Micah early and try to keep an eye out for it.

Mac Callander was one of the gang members that took part in the Blackwater heist. Remember Davey, the guy who died from a gut shot in the opening cutscene? That's his brother. According to a few people, Mac got shot up pretty bad in Blackwater and was one of only two (the other being Sean) to not regroup with the gang. He gets referred to a few times throughout chapter 2, with the last mention being when Milton confronts Arthur while he's fishing with Jack. Milton tells Arthur that Mac was "pretty shot up" when he got to him, so it was more like a mercy killing - "Slow, but merciful" - which to me implies he tortured him to death. You hear about the brothers a few times around camp, apparently they were very violent but got along with everyone, including Micah.

I've got this theory that if we ever get DLC, or maybe RDR3, he'll be the playable character. He's the only one of the three dead members we never see in any form, since we see his brother's corpse and a drawing of Jenny in the journal, so his appearance could be anything the players want it to be without contradicting anything. And as I said before, all we know about him and his brother is that they were "vicious" but managed to get along with almost everyone (Lenny seeming to be the only exception), which leaves a lot of room for R* to write their characters. I feel like when I first wrote this theory way back when the game was first out I had more points, but since I've been away from RDR2 for a bit I've unfortunately forgotten a lot of it. At this point I doubt it will happen, but man was it fun to speculate on back then.

Also, sorry for the double post, but I made a chart recently to determine what camp members interact with each other and I thought I'd share my findings here. Please keep in mind this is just the camp interactions, not cutscenes or missions, and it's just what all I have seen, and with this game there are certainly more out there. Also note that this does not include Arthur (since he interacts with everyone), Trelawny, Jack, Cain the dog (because he's a dog and only "interacts" with Dutch, Jack and Micah) and Micah's friends. That being said, I think Trelawny only interacts with the girls and Grimshaw (4) and Micah's friends only ever talk to him. Jack interacts with several people too, such as his parents, Dutch, Grimshaw, Hosea, Sean, Kieran, Micah and maybe more at one of the parties (8?), I just didn't include him for some reason, but there you go.

Spoiler

Also, no, this does not count the epilogue "camp" interactions. This is just chapter 1-6 stuff. But I guess if you want to, and include playable John:

John +2 (Uncle, Charles)

Uncle +4 (John, Abigail, Charles, Jack)

Jack +2 (Uncle, Charles)

Abigail +1 (Uncle)

Anyways, here are the totals:

Micah - 15/20 (Dutch, Hosea, Grimshaw, John, Uncle, Abigail, Bill, Javier, Strauss, Swanson, Karen, Mary-Beth, Sean, Lenny, Charles)

Grimshaw - 12/20 (Dutch, Uncle, Abigail, Pearson, Strauss, Swanson, Karen, Mary-Beth, Tilly, Lenny, Charles, Micah)

Bill - 11/20 (Hosea, John, Uncle, Pearson, Javier, Strauss, Sean, Lenny, Charles, Micah, Kieran)

Dutch - 11/20 (Hosea, Grimshaw, John, Uncle, Javier, Swanson, Mary-Beth, Sean, Molly, Lenny, Micah)

Sean - 11/20 (Dutch, Hosea, Bill, Javier, Karen, Mary-Beth, Tilly, Molly, Lenny, Micah, Kieran)
Hosea - 10/20 (Dutch, John, Uncle, Abigail, Bill, Pearson, Swanson, Karen, Mary-Beth, Tilly, Lenny, Charles, Micah)

Abigail - 9/20 (Hosea, Grimshaw, John, Karen, Tilly, Molly, Micah, Sadie, Kieran)

Javier - 9/20 (Dutch, John, Bill, Pearson, Swanson, Sean, Charles, Micah, Kieran)

Karen - 9/20 (Grimshaw, John, Abigail, Mary-Beth, Tilly, Sean, Molly, Micah, Kieran)

Lenny - 9/20 (Dutch, Hosea, Grimshaw, Bill, Mary-Beth, Tilly, Sean, Charles, Micah)
Swanson - 9/20 (Dutch, Hosea, Grimshaw, Uncle, Pearson, Javier, Strauss, Tilly, Micah)
John - 8/20 (Dutch, Hosea, Abigail, Bill, Javier, Karen, Micah, Sadie)

Kieran - 8/20 (Abigail, Bill, Javier, Karen, Mary-Beth, Tilly, Sean, Sadie)
Mary-Beth - 8/20 (Dutch, Grimshaw, Karen, Tilly, Sean, Lenny, Micah, Kieran)
Tilly - 8/20 (Grimshaw, Abigail, Swanson, Karen, Mary-Beth, Sean, Lenny, Kieran)

Uncle - 8/20 (Dutch, Hosea, Grimshaw, Bill, Pearson, Swanson, Charles, Micah)

Charles - 6/20 (Grimshaw, Uncle, Bill, Javier, Lenny, Micah)

Pearson - 6/20 (Hosea, Grimshaw, Uncle, Bill, Javier, Swanson)

Molly - 4/20 (Dutch, Abigail, Karen, Sean)
Strauss - 4/20 (Grimshaw, Bill, Swanson, Micah)
Sadie - 3/20 (John, Abigail, Kieran)

Forgive any omissions, this is mostly off the top of my head and from a couple of quick searches on Youtube. Do tell if you see anything missing though :)

Thanks for the detailed answer. It's easy to miss some of that in the excitement of a new game.

Didn't Sadie and Pearson go at it in a cut-scene around the cooking area? May have been part of a mission.

I have always suspected that Landon Ricketts will be the protagonist of RDR3 and that the Blackwater massacre will be some kind of turning point for him in his career as a morally ambivalent gunslinger (leading him on a quest to seek "redemption" and eventually ending up in Mexico).

Technically, yes. There is an interaction between them that starts when the mission becomes available, but I've always counted it as part of the pre-mission dialogue where they're threatening each other. Good catch :)

Soon I'll make a list that's based around mission/cutscene interactions and from there I'll make a definitive list. I'm sure most people's numbers will be boosted from that.

I think all Sheriff's can take more bullets (except the head). I shot Malloy in the face with a double barrel and he didn't even go down. It was buckshot and from quite a distance so it didn't hit him full blast. Took him down with another shotgun blast to the chest. His face was completely bloody from the first hit. Thought to myself, "damn, this is one tough bastard"

Great post. 🙂

If chapter one is taken into account, then there's quick interactions between Mary-Beth and Sadie / Mary-Beth and John.

There's an interaction between Molly and Tilly at camp in chapter two.

Uncle shares a moment with Karen (chapter 2), Trelawny (chapter 3), John and Abigail (chapter 6).

John and Charles also have a conversation in chapter 3 I believe.
