I found out that girls can not be romanced or played with. Deluxe bath is all I get. With GTAV in memory, that felt a bit off. Why have salon girls to just tease?

Also found out that defending yourself lowers your honor. I thought I had to start the fight.

 

I also found a double rainbow. I had not expect that.

This is weird. It's impossible that they don't have this feature. It's been in every R* game ever. It needs to be somewhere even if it's for the multiplayer's sake.

The weapons dealer in Valentine noticed how I haven't visited his store in a long time and commented on it. He also mentioned the events of a main mission I did.

Managed to evade some pursuing bounty hunters, set up camp for the night. When I woke up in the morning they had tracked me to right outside my camp

Javier Escuella has a different voice actor than when we heard him in Red Dead Redemption. It hit me during the first mission with him and it didn’t sound at all like Antonio Jaramillo.

If you play like me and are just killing people left and right, when you get back to camp your gang will tell you to stop killing innocent people. More than one person has lectured me about it, got a stern "talking to" from Dutch about it.

 

If the law pursues you to your camp you effectively lose, you get a message telling you you've brought enemies to camp and the game reloads as if you'd died

I just saw lightning strike and HIT something off in the distance which made a huge explosion visible from across flat iron lake. This was my first "what the f*ck" moment in the game, wow

Stars - For those who care about it, unlike GTAV which only displayed some random repeating pattern, despite the cloudy sky I could spot Orion  The "surroundings of it" were not that accurate, imho, but still shows some special caring and definitely deserves some more looking from some star's weirdo... (hopefully to be continued )

Opossums will play dead when you are nearby and will still do so when you are next to them. 

 

I accidentally hit my horse into another one which was hitched, the hitched horse then went out of it's way and kicked me.

 

Every now and then, you can have conversations with camp members where Arthur will talk about what he's been getting up to (e.g. I've killed a bunch of innocent people..... etc)

 

Hawks will actually try to pick up dead rabbits and animals like that. (I seen one trying to pick a rabbit up or eat it but i accidentally spooked it so couldn't tell what it was going to do)

 

I've had an encounter where i slept in an enemy gang territory and while i was setting up camp, that two members of that gang came up behind me and basically warned me that it was their turf and to be careful.

 

Killing people who are not enemies in missions (like Lawmen or gang members) doesn't lower your honor but killing anyone who's not a gang member outside of missions lowers your honor.

 

I also had my honor lowered when i killed about 10-15 animals without skinning or interacting with their corpse.

 

Horses can Insta-die from certain scenarios (My horse got clipped by a train, not run over and it dropped dead.) 

 

Animals have their own weapon or ammo that you need to use to get a clean kill. (I thought i could just use bow and arrow at the start but it seems to not be the case)

 

Crows/Ravens will pick at dead people and animals. Animals can rot faster that way from what I've seen, Haven't seen human corpses rot yet.

 

Killing horses will lower honor

Arthur falls on his ass if he walks down a very steep cliff. The way he falls is spot on haha.

If you are kicking about in the early hours of the morning you get to see the stunning morning fog.

Lightning struck a tree just yards away from me. There was sparks too.

It doesn't always rain when it thunders.

The further away a lightning strike is the longer the thunder takes to hear. Not kidding .

You can be pick pocketed by a random. Entered a tailor in Saint Denis, he "bumped" into Arthur and apologized, then my money dropped $50. Chased him down, hog tied him and looted him for $130. Nice lil profit

-I bought a new revolver and some person in the camp have noticed and made some comment.

 

-There is a box of whiskey in the camp, you can take some bottle and get drunk.

 

-Arthur speak differently when he is drunk, I have antagonized some members of the camp, they noticed that I was drunk and reacted accordingly. One of them said "You're drunk Arthur".

 

-I saw John trying to flirt with Karen, she got mad.

 

-John was drunk speaking with Bill sitting at a table, Abigail passed by and complained about him, she walked away angry, then John laughed and tried to stand up but he can't because he is drunk as f*ck so he felt on the floor lmao.
