Continuing save data from digital standard edition to physical ultimate edition within same region?

Hi guys, i want to ask about save data. 

I got the digital standard and i just order the physical ultimate edition. Currently i'm playing from the digital while waiting for my physical to arrive. 

My question is, can i transfer or continue my progress that is from standard edition to ultimate edition eventhough those two are within the same region (region 3)??

Well for what console? The PS4 can upload data into the cloud if you have PlayStation plus. You can do that and then delete the digital edition, download the hard copy, and then download the data from your cloud. Otherwise idk.
