for the first challenge, we will see who can bag the first kill of each animal and post the proof on here to claim their first kill position.

You must include an image of the animal you have killed, it's location, the time of day, and the weapon you used. If you don't, your kill will not be counted.

Note: you may only submit a post once every 2 hours to give other players a chance.

I bagged a whitetail about 4 hours ago, but didn't know about this thread. Oh well. Cool idea.

All the pelts I get are good but never perfect.

I aim for headshots with the bow but I never had a 3 star pelt so far?

Am I missing something?

 

Any tips?

depends on the animal. animals have different pelt qualities.

inspect it by using r1/rb first: when you're close enough hold L2/LT then R1/RB should pop up
