Well, I want to start off by saying it’s been a hell of a journey the past two years. We’ve discussed, we’ve speculated, we’ve been through The Good, the Bad and the Ugly but most importantly we’ve been through all of this together. The Red Dead Redemption 2 section on this Forum was and still is a special place and firm handshakes go to the people who’ve ran a good environment @Spider-Vice @Kirsty @RedDagger @Raavi @Jason (I’m probably forgetting more but it’ll come to me). Another shoutout goes to all the members (and yes, maybe some bad eggs... well, not really) for joining in on the fun. We are here guys and gals! Enjoy the game and continue to ROCK!

 I  just got the game!! And yet was worried there would be no thread where I could come in and say one last farewell to you guys until I'm deep into the game\red dead online, as I know the other threads closed.  we got our 4k HDR TV all set up, and are going out for our bean bags in a few minutes for comfort, followed by finally picking up RDR2... Finally gonna hold that steel book in my hands probably will cry this will be my last long post here but we have been through a lot here and you guys know how much this game means to me, it's from my childhood and a great memory with my dad and I especially... this game had gotten me through some sh*t before I had been hurt by PTSD and whatnot,a this game was an escape being in my favorite place of the west. I hope you all enjoy the f*ck out of this game, and remember forever that we are outlaws for life. Through this 2 year wait from announcement it's been tough but we all did everything together and got through it.. this has been the most fun I have had waiting for a rockstar game and I'm glad I found this place when my hype was too much. Feel free to add me on my Facebook  if you'd like and my gamertags are on my profile!! I'llback once I am far in this game or like I said, red dead online. Just finished the prologue after playing for 2+ hours. Absolutely amazing game. I don't wanna stop playing but Imma be needing sleep soon boah

It's f*cking brilliant, it really is.

 

Visually stunning, the lighting is the best I've ever seen and he world is so full of life and detail, I'm going loot mad looting everything. Loving driving wagons in first person listening to the chatter between characters.

My journey with my son started briefly in GTA:O. Tomorrow's gonna be a moment. I hope My lad looks back on this like you do here.

My 5 year old son called me on his way to school this morning to tell me it's red dead day he hasn't played a lot of games but I've been sharing my excitement with him. I'll let him play some kid friendly free roam with me

My daughter wants to play too. Told her i would need to make sure there is free roam that is 9 year old frindly first. Not worried about animal attacks but am worried of bad language and adult content.
