Ok need some help from players +90 rank.  currently rank 86 about to unlock all the tasty ammunition upgrades.

Q: which ammunition pamphlets are worth buying?  I'm thinking the explosive express and dynamite arrows as they're totally OP. Just curious what other higher rank players went for first. Trying to budget my limited funds and these pamphlets are getting pricey!

I would like to turn off the Greet/Antagonise text that shows when you focus on an npc for more realism, can this be done?

I think that's pretty much the only thing you can't turn off

Can somebody tell me if you keep items(more specifically small animal carcasses) in your inventory or lose them after you transition to John at the end of the game? Holding on to some of the perfect carcasses to mail in for the “Hunting Request” challenges until I get to the challenge that he’s requesting the animals I have. Wasn’t sure if I should complete all of those before finishing the rest of the missions and become John.

I’m almost certain you lose them.

Single player question.

I'm chapter one, can you complete challenges? I have hunter up, and while doing Cornwall I got a flash of one but it wasn't unlocked in the menu. So q is, how much character advancement can you do in chapt.1? I presume if you avoid bills/odriscoll mission this might be possible.

I'm considering getting this game. Me and my wife would both play (separately). Is it possible to make 2 separate characters offline and online like in GTA5?

You play as one character. If you turn off auto-save you can manual save in separate slots for you and your wife. You can design the character differently. Load your respective character when you play.  Remember to save your game to keep your progress, or not. I believe each slot is independent and can be used with auto-save on or off.

You 'll have to play together during the initial learning stage

Nooby-noob question: I assume one has to complete the single player prologue before venturing into online open world shenanigans land.

how long does that take, and is there a benefit to doing more?

You assume incorrectly. You can play online whenever you want. The online has its own prologue which you have to do before you can freeroam however. Takes about 30-45 minutes

Thanks!

Also: is there any material benefit to online play for completing any of single player story mode?

If not I'll just bypass it and get right to the wide open world.

Other than familiarizing yourself with the controls, no

This will sound crazy, but how the heck do you switch to First Person view on the PC version?

Two questions about the PC version:

• where is the location/spawn point for the warped brindle arabian?

• are there any new outfits in the PC version?

I tried out RDRO when it first launched but didn't last too long.  One of the first things I tried to do was claim the double action revolver found in GTAO.

Well I wasn't able to get to a gun shop at the time without being mauled lol so I never did check before I went back to GTA.

I have recently given RDO another try and found the new systems work great and the game is actually very playable compared to launch.

My question is how do I acquire the Revolver in Red Dead?   I went to the gun shop and it was listed as a normal gun I would have to pay for.

I completed the GTAO mystery, found the gun and have both GTA and RD linked to my social club account. Is there something else I'm not doing

correctly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I was looking forward to getting this gun in RD but no joy so far.

Finally bought Red Dead and been on the grind. Question for you guys. When buying a horse, is the health and stamina bar just for the initial purchase and you can level up, or is that the highest the health and stamina potential?

Have no problem with GTAV's FPV, but starting it after Dishonored 2 I had to get used to it as it feels very different from classic FPS games. My question is, how much is RDR2's FPV improved over GTAV's?

So I've just recently started playing RDR2, I know I'm way behind all of you lol but I hope there are still folks playing and in love with the game. I've lots of questions but my main one, is there any significance of the panoramic map related to the sun/moon dial and alien rock paintings? Are there only the 4 known alien rock paintings? Thanks for any help my friends!

How come in PVP when I see people using their dead eye they can like stop aiming their gun and I don’t mean dodging out like I’ve seen someone with deadeye active just running with their gun down
