Tried a 19th century photo effect in Photoshop. Not just some simple filter but I played around with contrast and motion blur. Just look at American Civil War photos, those are really sharp, but you will notice that some objects are blurry, look I'm not expert at this subject, but it took always several seconds before the photos was taken so every movement that happened would be blurry. 

 

One example, see Lincoln's head, unsharp.

 

 

 

 

Those were done pretty fast, maybe I will do a couple of more later. These were captured on the Xbox One X, it sucks that even those aren't really in 4K res and sharp...

If you’re using the imgur app on your phone then click on the picture and then click on it again so the picture is full screen and then copy that link.
