Sorry, I didn't explained myself well.

 

The copilot on the Hunter uses the cannon, meanwhile, the pilot (in this case, me) uses both Homing Missiles and Barrage Missiles.

 

It's mostly an slight annoyance at how I need to line up my Barrage shots to kill players while literally anyone can just aim and fire the Explosive Cannon at someone's direction and he will die.

 

Most explosives in the game having zero damage falloff (meaning that they kill in one shot no matter how far you're from the blast) doesn't help either.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Hunter, but it slightly annoys me how I can put literally anyone manning the cannon in my Hunter and he/she steals all my Barrage Missile kills with that cannon. It's kind of OP, the Valkyrie's cannon would have been better IMO, strong yet fair.

 

THIS. It’s akready child’s play with the Hunter, having a solo explosive cannon with that beast would be unfair.

The entire section goes into overdrive spoiler mode. If you'd like to avoid that, then it's best to just stay off for a while.

 

To me, this whole process is one of the most fun during update releases. To peer deep into everything (don't take that out of context) and figure out how the whole thing works and hides. 

Honestly that period is a mixed bag.  Some blow up and dissect each frame looking for info, and that makes this place very useful if you don’t want to wait.  But comments will be littered with poster upset that one specific item he or she wanted wasn’t included in the trailer, or that trailer just didn’t show enough.  In other words, business as usual here.

I'm pretty sure we will get new platinum awards aswell.

I have them all and I'm always worried some new award comes along that I can't achieve. I even have all the removed ones.

Anyone have any ideas what they could add?

I would hope they did something with those suggestions.

As Mach and others have said, RS incorporates user suggestions in every update.  If that is what you mean, then yes.  If what you mean is will they incorporate one specific thing I most want in this update, probably not, as I am sure they get tens of thousands of suggestions and can’t incorporate all of them in any single update.

I think Thursday we get screen shot of interior.  Trailer in about 2 weeks.  Depends I guess on when you think it is coming though.

Im not going to aot and wait 3 or 4 more weeks... Especially wince weve had like 2 updates in 18 months. I think Rstar is really taking us all for granted. Ill be doing other things and if it isnt out before the 4th... Im probably going to be moving on. And fyi, my prediction is the 18th, which will be a calamitous error.

I get what you're saying but, in that case, why pay any attention to it? Folks are entitled to their opinions and to talk about them, it's healthy to do so.

 

Putting it the way you did makes it worse for you as it takes the power you have out of your grasp and just hands it over to others. What power is this? The power to just scroll past and concentrate on the things you enjoy and discourse with people that share the same opinions as yours. That's a lot better than worrying about conflicting opinions, wouldn't you agree?

 

Just sit back, enjoy what you enjoy, criticise what you must, and have a good time man. Life is too short and there's not enough time in the day to do otherwise.

Why are you delaying the update that hard, lol? R* ain't gonna delay the update for THAT long, either this or next week, since the props got to the last stage and we got somewhat of a teaser.

I know.  I come here to get info and discuss speculation, not listen to peoples daily gripes.  Have you ever heard any one say, “I really like listening to people complain?”  So it is frustrating to have to skim through page after page of complaining.  Luckily I have another tool at my disposal, and the serial complainers are not appearing on my thread.  But you are right of course.  Don’t want to derail thread, just letting some newer members know what to expect, that is all.

As a big trophy hunter for years on the PS4, i wonder if this DLC comes with new trophies. Only the biggest DLC's gets trophies though ( such as DDH ). So, if we do get some trophies / achievements this might indicate that the DLC will be fairly big.

Reasonably speaking, I think the update really needs to hit by Jul 11th. Start the dripfeed two weeks later and release 2 or 3 rounds of the likely 6 to 10 before the squeakers get back to school. If the release isnt until the 18th, they can begin dripfeed no earlier than the 25th and thatd probably be rushing it.

Some are now saying August release.  I am certain it will be July.  Only time we ever got August DLC was Smuggler’s run, which was a second summer DLC.

I assume we will get it as soon as all major bugs removed and Sony certifies.  That may or may not happen by July 11

Meh, IF this will be a big update (more money for R*), they will release it on July, since it's summer vacation for the kids. IF it's gonna be a small one, then they can even release it on September. 

 

But looking at the terms of what R* is doing now (adding props like that was never done before, giving somewhat nice teasers and such), I expect it to be at least 5 GB of an update.

I share the same sentiments; i fear people are hoping for too much. I think if we see an update around Jul 25th, the dripfeed will literally run until Halloween or Turkey Day.

Release is not all about when RS wants to, but about some technical issues, as I wrote above.

The 11th is 18 days away... And while I think that should be enough, it may not be however an 18th or 25th release could be a sign of a bigger update.

Yet, for a long time we couldn't send feedback to the feedback page, they redirected us to their email...so i really think that with the page being revamped they toke into a more serious consideration our aspirations and requests.
