i will probably first wait like half a hour before starting the game after the DLC is downloaded and installed.

bc i will look into the files first and look at texture names and models of the casino and such.

it´s almost like opening a kinder surprise egg when looking into the new files after the DLC came out.

 

i hope i find a model being called something funny like that 1 model in the nightclubs which was called "trimtofixstupidsh*tbits"

i hope we find stuff like that again.

Optimizing it all and finding new ways to do it more effectively using new tools is the fun part. I'd spend the money on something like cars but It would feel like a bad purchase to me. And I guess cars don't really do it to me. I want something bigger like yachts and stuff

I hope that you can blow ridiculous amounts of money to customize your casino. As long as there is some benefit to it like increasing your fame/status in the casino but idk how that system would work. It would be like popularity in nightclubs but much better

Hate to tell you this but...  Boston Massachusetts has a REAL casino, a top-notch world class Wynn Casino, grand opening in just THREE MORE DAYS, on Sunday June 23.

 

I'm a lot more excited to walk into a world-class Vegas Casino than for the GTA V fake casino!!!

 

But I assure you, I won't be playing the table games that have a built-in odds advantage for "the house" (the casino).  Almost every game they offer is a rip off for the players over the long run... except for one game, and one game only...  the great game of poker.  No house advantage (they do "rake" the play and take a cut of course).  In fact, you're not playing against the house at all in poker, you're playing against the skill level of the other poker players...  which is why the poker room is my only destination.  If you have poker skill, you can earn a nice living off the game.  Most players aren't that skillful of course, but I'm about to find out if I've got what it takes.

 

Wynn Encore Boston Harbor, in Everett Massachusetts, won't post a link because it's probably not allowed.  Its a pretty crummy location for it, but who cares.  I'll be playing there before I get to try out the GTA V casino!!

I think this time around for the DLC I will stay off the forums and wait for the DLC to download then surprise myself with what drops first.

Me too but the anticipation inside me won’t let me do that

the suites and clothing areas are already in place, so I doubt the exterior is getting changed. there's also a restaurant area that I hope gets an interior.

Grinding to buy something to make the grind more efficient just seems like an endless loop to me, but to each their own

I don't know, my main goal with every GTA was to make it to the top and get things I want. All work and no play makes jack a dull boy. In this economy, the rich needs toys. Lots of em. And really if they gave us a big amount of quality cars, this update could really seal the deal for me. Honest. Especially with a theme this promising, described as if they read my damn mind (if its not just a bunch of bs but I doubt theyd lie).

After the surprise batch of cars in Arena Wars, I wasn't left wanting for much. All I want these days is a Cullinan, a normal Aston, a Bentley and maybe a German sports sedan. If they gave me one of each lol, I don't think I'd want for much else save for some more unique cars for the collection like the GB200 or more classics.

I'm worried about the fact that they didn't say a word about garages or something, they just referred to the valet (which is nice to know).

 

Also, now that I remember, there is a Mall Center in Yanada Canada (Toronto), that is totally underground, so there is no problem in that being under the Casino, maybe they won't even touch the OG building, they could probably rip-off that.

So you just want more efficient tools to grind with, even though the Mk2 is about was effective was one could get...And your end goal is just having more advantages to grind even more....

 

And you think that end goal can be achieved by buying a f*cking Yatch? Or a maxed out Casino with all expensive options?

 

Well then allow me to break the news for you: Yatchs and buying a maxed out business with the most expensive options is ALWAYS a waste of money, usually due to them being terribly not efficient, money/benefit wise

I was referring the yacht and maxed out casino as the ways I'd like to blow money even if they would be useless. I don't like cars that much, I prefer yachts, properties and such

You don't get a % on how much money you have stored overtime, so I fail to see the point in keeping any amount of money, my passive income will eventually bring me back to the amount that I usually keep, so there is no point in getting worked up about it.

Oh and by the way MK 2 is a great all-around tool for general grinding in freemode but it can't be used during heists and it's quite ineffective against heavily armored vehicles

B11 could have been the best weapon against armored vehicles if r* programmed the cannon to deal extra damage against vehicles to mimic its real-life usage

a tool doesn't have to be like the MK 2, best all-around. But if it has at least some niche use like atomizer can get cars unstuck and bandito can protect you from orbital strikes and get sneaky kills, I'm interested in it

IMO, R* Investors should shut up and wait with a patience for a profit.
Take2 stocks were 17$ before GTAV, and made 130$ after several years. It's a crazy x7.5 profit. Even now we have the price around 110$. It's still a x6.5 profit. I believe Take2 should not hurry up with GTA titles (even if it takes 8 years) 
All great games are being made for a long long time. Not a few years, like nowadays crap from others. I don't want to see R* as a conveyor.

What am I doing here when I should be on GTA Online spending my hard earned money from 3x parachute jumps on pimping out a casino suite

and just came to mind: They really haven't done anything with the train on GTA Online yet. Some missions utilizing the train could be fun. Something like green goo, attack a target moving on a train and steal something from it

yeah they should recreate old missions like alien goo and "catch the train CJ!". Or maybe add something like train version of Fortified.

Maybe if there was a luxury car tied into the casino. And when you upgrade it your status in the casino goes up. Then there would be a purpose to owning it

I agree, regular vehicles are completely useless right now. They should encourage people to use them again by buffing them with better armor, longer lock-on or shorter cooldowns. 

Game also needs those fun vehicles with unique features, otherwise people would stop playing years ago. But those "meme vehicles" still should be well balanced and not intentionally overpowered. Cause those are the main two reasons why people left this game in the first place.
