Imagen day one, 15 people in line waiting. Valet parking dude flying off in an Oppressor to park it, next one is a Neon which he slams into the wall due to acceleration..

Same way as all garages work now, with the little cutscene but now a guy gets in your car.

...but it's all pointless.  There's NO FREAKIN WAY that Rockstar is EVER gonna allow us to successfully gamble in the casino.  And cut into their shark card sales?  Puhleeze.

 

This is all much ado about nothing, at least if you're like me and only want a casino for the gambling.  I'm on the record (just a guess, no inside info obv) saying it's not gonna happen.

 

No idea what this Casino Update will be all about, but if I had to guess, I'm gonna say it will be related to one of the Hollywood movies about casino heists.  That's my final answer.

And, no offence, i hope for this. I hope for a lot of cool car, luxury items, luxury outfit and a lot of classic GTA gameplay mode, like heists, missions, theft, maybe even a sort of casino scam, but i totally don't care for gambling games.

If i want to gamble i definitly don't play GTA, and i really don't understand all the hype for this, internet is full of place to gamble, even with virtual fake money, if you don't want to go to a real casino.

I'm more than happy for today's news, they shows that the casino is only a part of a big update.

So um when will rockstar finish building that skycraper? I mean they could do what they're doing in the casino add in props every week then building it little by little. It could even be a potential future dlc location. Like owning your own Trump tower or something.

Well they are obviously doing that, it's part of every update. Doesn't stop them from releasing screenshots. The two aren't connected.

It depends what they have planned I guess. They could show some next week when the props are gone right? Then say renovation is completed check out the new interior blabla. Unless you mean the exterior which might just get totally changed.

If I could share these dupes / my money I would. Tbh I'd share with a lot of people.  I used to have 1billion around December of 2017, ultimately I went down to the 800s but I've managed to buy every single thing I wanted. 

 

As for your 10m I'm sure that's enough for a property,  and car or two. I haven't grinded in a while,  although i believe heists should be able to get your money high.

Every time.  I would be ok if they would just confirm DLC. They were like:
"I want a Casino!"

And I asked them, why would you want to gamble in GTA Online? To what purpose?
And they literally answered:
"It's easy money to make, greedy ass Rockstar doesn't want us to make money".

 

And I literally rolled over laughing, since those people clearly have NEVER been to a Casino if they think it will be easy to make money there lol.

It'll be the exact opposite, chances are, you are going to lose money, big time.

Last time I went to the Casino, I lost about 300 Euros...(compensated for that by eating their free snacks though lol)

Speaking of which, I hope R* gets that extravagant Casino ambience right, with servants walking around and offering you champaign or free snacks, to keep you playing lol.

Yes.  People will get up upset, but all RS has to do is use real casino odds and it will be good for them.  If you look at this as entertainment, something to do, no problem.  If you think this is a money maker, you are in for a rude awakening.

It's not just gambling,.. it the atmosphere is what i want. I just wanna chill, and kick back and play a few games.. I don't care about trying to become a billionaire overnight like some of those kids out there think is gonna happen. I've been waiting for this since day one when i saw that casino and it's coming soon sign.

This. If anything has got me hyped here, its the vibe of this update. We are long overdue for an Ill Gotten Gains or High Life update, something less militarized and more fitting for a criminal kingpin.

This. I'm excited for the overwhelming atmosphere of having different types of entertainment inside the casino building. Along with the valet & overall really showing off our wealth that we gained over the years.

I see other people have shared this agreeing with it so I'll jump in too. I think it adds to the narrative of our characters and gives a roleplay aspect. Theres no other online gambling game that I know of where we can walk in as our character in a flashy suit/dress, sit down at a table game and gamble and drink the night away. 

 

I play poker fairly regularly on the World Series of Poker app. I don't make any real money off of it and there's no real reward, but to me its entertaining and it passes the time. A casino isn't a get rich quick scheme, it's a form of entertainment.
